Half-Term Appreciation

The start of this academic year has seen many of us having to manage and navigate some tricky situations, both personally and professionally.

With the cost-of-living crisis and financial uncertainty, the ever-present COVID-19, and having already had three Prime Ministers and a football team of Chancellors just this term, it is fair to say that we are living in challenging times.

At Applied Psychologies we recognise the importance of appreciating our team of professionals who are keeping their heads above water and working hard to meet the needs of children, their families and teaching staff.

We therefore wanted to capture some of the lovely comments which our team have received during this first half-term… because as Mark Twain once said, “I can live for two months on a good compliment!”

Quotes about the team:

Here are some of our favourite quotes from this half term, one of my particular favourites is about Nicola....

"Thank you for being human"

Thank you to everyone who has shared positive comments and reflections with our team. As an outside agency, our work can feel like a lonely place sometimes and hearing nice words about our efforts and our role in supporting positive change for children and young people can mean so much!

We’re looking forward to supporting you in Autumn Term 2!
