Applied Psychologies is an employee owned, independent EPS, celebrating 12 years of working with schools across the North of England.
Our purpose is simple; to deliver positive outcomes for children, young people, their families, and the schools in which they work. Our growth over the last 10 years has been predominantly through word of mouth and is due to the high-quality service provided by our team. We now have service level agreements with over 165 schools across 15+ authorities and we’re still growing!
As we continue our year-on-year growth, we are looking for passionate, proactive people who really care about delivering positive outcomes.
You will be joining our creative and supportive team of 30 professionals, made up from EPs, assistant and trainee EPs, specialist teacher, OT, SaLT, and therapists.
You will deliver preventative support to a group of schools, providing you with the opportunity to build relationships and get to understand their needs. You will have autonomy in your role; you will decide how best to use your time and skills to meet the needs of your schools, with the support of our experienced team as and when needed.
You can expect:
-
flexible working
-
supervision opportunities (free to attend our group supervisions and WhatsApp peer support)
-
opportunities for collaboration with peers in working groups
-
access to our wide range of shared resources which includes assessment, training, intervention, and research materials

We encourage creativity and opportunities to develop your areas of psychological interest. We want you to love being an EP and love working for us!

The role requires reliability, consistency and a proactive approach to communication and organisation.
You will also need HCPC registration, Enhanced DBS, a full UK driving licence and access to appropriate transport.

£500 per day based on an 8 hour day, building relationships with a mix of preventative and case work. We are a non statutory service.
